Cultural Guardrails, not Technical Tweaks

Globally, regulation now codifies these expectations. The EU’s AI Act (2024) identifies high-risk uses and demands fairness, transparency, and oversight. Customers may not read the law, but they will feel its consequences. Brands that adjust early appear trustworthy; brands that resist appear reckless.
Leadership and Governance
AI strategy is not a technical choice; it is a cultural governance issue. Boards and C-suites must own the cultural consequences of automation.
