Our involvement covered several key areas, including message architecture, distilling insights from complex data, & creating impactful content. We translated Accenture’s research findings into a cohesive platform designed to drive transformation, foster innovation, & support advisory services.
One of the primary deliverables was the Living Business Report. This flagship study analyzed data from 1,099 companies & revealed that $1 trillion in U.S. revenue is at risk for brands that fail to maintain relevance. The report introduced the Vitality Score, a metric connecting five essential capabilities to a company’s resilience, growth potential, & readiness to transform.
Additionally, we embedded the Living Business framework into Accenture’s annual Technology Vision report. This reframing provided a fresh perspective on emerging trends such as artificial intelligence, digital platforms, & intelligent customer experiences, all viewed through the lens of maintaining relevance.
We also repositioned Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship Report to align its ESG & sustainability messaging with the Living Business narrative. This shift reinforced Accenture’s commitment as a purpose-driven partner leading meaningful transformation.
Together, these initiatives elevated Accenture’s market positioning. They transformed disparate thought leadership efforts into a unified strategic platform that aligns C-suite executives & enhances client engagement.
